Return Eligibility

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. At Felmeny's, we prioritize your satisfaction. Please note that returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  1. The product you received is damaged.
  2. A diamond or stone is missing from your item.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@felmeny.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the same address as you received.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Process for Refunds
If your return is accepted, you will need to send the product back to us. Once we receive the returned item, our experts will carefully inspect it to ensure it matches the product we originally sent.

If the returned product is confirmed to be the same, we will process your refund. However, if we detect any changes, such as alterations to gemstones or diamonds, the refund request will be rejected.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this process.

Return Process for Exchanges
If you wish to request an exchange, you will need to return the item to us first. Upon receiving the returned product, our experts will inspect it to confirm that it matches the item we originally sent.

We only accept exchanges if the new order is of greater value than the item being returned. Additionally, please note that for exchanges, an additional shipping fee will apply.

If the returned item does not match what we sent, the exchange request will be rejected. We appreciate your understanding as we ensure the quality and authenticity of our products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature. Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items tailored specifically for you, are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We appreciate your understanding, as these policies help us maintain the quality and uniqueness of our offerings.
